Participants are kindly asked to register for the conference via the on-line Registration form.

After you click on the above link you will get a form, which you need to fill out.

When finished, please click on the SUBMIT button on the bottom of the screen. After that please follow carefully all of the instructions on the page that loads and click on the CONTINUE button. On the next page please click on the RETURN TO WEBSITE button.

Your registration is complete once you are redirected back to this web page. If you do not receive an automated E-mail notification confirming your registration within one hour after your registration, please contact the organizers by sending an E-mail to the ctb2010@irb.hr address.

* All fees include 23% VAT

** Status must be confirmed by a letter from the Head of Department or by the Director of the Institute (please send a pdf copy to ctb2010@irb.hr)

Academic and Undergraduate Student registration fees include:
- Access to all sessions of the Scientific Program
- Conference bag, Program and Book of Abstracts
- Certificate of Attendance
- Welcome Party on Wednesday September 8

- Accomodation in double Comfort rooms*** from 811 September
- Lunch in the hotel on Thursday September 9 and Saturday September 11
- Dinner in the hotel on Wednesday September 8, Thursday September 9 and Friday September 10
- Excursion to the
“Krka” National Park on Friday September 10, including ticket for the boat, lunch on the boat and ticket for the entrance to the National Park
- Refreshment during Coffee Breaks
- Refreshment during Poster Sessions
- Account for a wireless access to the internet within the hotel 

 

Accompanying person registration fees include:

Payment

Payment for the registration can be made either by bank transfer or by cheque. All participants will receive the invoice for the registration with the payment details via E-mail or regular mail within a few days after registration. Participants from outside Croatia will get the invoice in EUR.

 

 

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation should be made by E-mail to ctb2010@irb.hr
Participants cancelling prior to July 31, 2010, will get a 90% refund. Cancellations after July 31, 2010 will not be refunded.

 

 

Identification Badges

Every conference participant and accompanying person will receive their name badge on registration at the conference. All attendees are asked to wear the badge during the Scientific Program as well as Social Program events. The badge is not transferable.
