Below you can find information about arriving to Primošten. If you need more information, feel free to contact the organizers using informations provided in the Contacts section.

BY PLANE:

Probably the most convenient option is to arrive by plane to Split Airport, which is actually situated in Trogir, some 35 km from Primošten. Many low-cost operators (Germanwings, EasyJet, SkyEurope, InterSky, etc.) have direct flights to Split from various European destinations. This is also true for larger commerical carriers such as Austrian and Croatia Airlines. In addition, there is a range of domestic connecting flights from Zagreb each day. One can reach Zagreb from practically any major European Airport.

Zadar Airport is situated approximately 100 km from Primošten but may be an attractive option for those participants able to use RyanAir, for example.

Depending on availability, various Last-Minute and charter options can often prove convenient.

BY CAR:

From Zagreb (350 km): Motorway A1 Karlovac - Split. Exit Šibenik. E65, 30 km to Primošten

From Rijeka (310 km): Adriatic highway D8 to Primošten or Adriatic highway D8 to Senj, continue on highway A1 to exit Šibenik, then E65 coastal highway, 30 km to Primošten.

From Zadar (100 km): E65 in direction Split, via Primošten.

From Split (60 km): E65 in direction Zadar/Šibenik, via Primošten.

BY BUS:

You will need a bus connections if you found an awkward airline ticket which takes you only to Zagreb, or if you are coming by ferry from Italy to Zadar or Split. Regular bus lines connect Zagreb (about 40€ return, bus station) and Split almost every 30 minutes. From Split (about 10€ return, bus station), take a local bus in the direction of Šibenik or Zadar. These buses should pass through Primošten. If you find yourself in Zadar, you should take a bus in directon of Split, which again should pass through Primošten. However, you should check if the stopover in Primošten is planned, or you can always ask the driver to drop you off.

(The buses which use the A1 highway between Zadar and Split do not go along the coast and should therefore not be used to go to Primošten).

BY RAIL:

From Zagreb to railway stations in Šibenik or Split.

(The organizers do not advise this solution, trains are very slow compared to buses).

TRANSFERS:

Finally, through the "Zora" hotel, we will be attempting to arrange transfers from various arrival destinations (airports in Split and Zadar and train and bus stations in Šibenik). If you are interested in using this transfer service, please inform the hotel of your arrival and departure details as soon as you are aware of them (preferrably upon registration). For selected participants, the cost of the transfers will be covered by the organizers.
